Funding

The estimated costs of the works including various contingencies come to around £1.5 million. Much of this will have to come from grants from public bodies, but we will also need to raise least 10% ourselves in order to access these potential grants.

In the coming months we shall embark on various fund-raising activities. Our contribution can be in kind as well as in cash and we envisage that much of the fitting out of the building, such as painting, will be by volunteers. There are many ways you can help:
