News
We are pleased to welcome our new library manager, Ann Bellamy, who has joined Sylvia in the staffing role and all activities are continuing as usual. Ann will be known to many in the village. We look forward to seeing many customers new and regular over this next season. We have tea and coffee and plenty to do for all ages from reading, puzzles, children’s toys, lego builds, colouring, access to computers and free WiFi. You are welcome when ever we are open for as long as you like.
We have a small Visitor Centre area in the library with information and points of interest for our Community Centre and Great Meadow, and surrounding area.
Kedington Library Friends
Suffolk Libraries is a charity part-funded by the County Council through a fixed 3-year grant. Libraries aim to be at the centre of village communities and Friends of libraries help to raise funds to enhance the library activities. In Kedington the Friends run or help to run a number of regular activities and one-off events. In order to plan events and activities we hold regular meetings. Look out for notices in the library and on Facebook. New Friends (and old ones) welcome! Please let us know if you are interested in becoming a trustee. Get in touch
